“ Dine in Ive never been to Popeyes before. I wanted to try the spicy flounder I saw on an ad. It was terrible! Tastes way too fishy, as if rotten or had been sitting out all night and day! Yuck! I threw it away and went back to the counter to buy something else. I told the cashier I hated the fish. She comped me the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was amazing! We will not get seafood from Popeyes again, but we will be back for the chicken! ”

“ My red beans and rice were forgotten in my order. I couldnt return because it was my lunch so I called the store and Thomas called me back. We discussed me returning so he could rectify the mistake. He was very polite and replaced my forgotten item. Im leaving a review because I appreciate great customer service. “ I love going there when mother and little mama is there. I am always greeted with smiles and laughter. They are the most beautiful people there. If I have any problems with my order they will fix it for me. I have never ever had any problems when those two ladies are their ever! I get hot fresh food and when I end up missing an item and call the store yo say one of my items are missing. These two ladies assure me that I can come back when Im able too so they can replace it for me. Thank you beautiful ladies for your excellent customer service. ”

“ This is literally my first good experience at Popeyes for your last two years Ive lived here in Covington, and I have Meri to thank for that! Ive waited in long lines in drive thru just for the person to give me attitude and be rude and wait til I put my order in to tell me they dont have anything I want. Meri got on there very politely to let me know what they already were low on or didnt have and because of that I was able to make a decision. I appreciated her professionalism and the fact that she wasnt rude like the rest of the people working the window like they have somewhere better to be then at work. Thank you Meri ! ”

“ First, got what I exactly ordered. No shortcuts on that. Secondly, while In the restaurant, seen others ordering whether it be food delivery services or personal reasons, cashier looked at me once finished with the customer and while steeping up to the register, she walked away haha. And never came back thought that was hilarious but no bad feelings. Another team member came and took my order and made sure my order was fresh and hot. Give it a try if you havent. Will definitely return. Very clean location parking lot was very clean. Fairly new location. Diamond was our cashier. She was super friendly. ”
